Learn The Khmer / Cambodian Language
So you'd like to learn Khmer? Well, you've come to the right place. Whether you just want to pick up a few phrases for your upcoming adventures or you're planning to start your journey into in-depth study, we hope you'll discover the joy of learning Khmer with us.
Our learning program is based on the everyday spoken Phnom Penh dialect. The Khmer audio files are recorded using a native Khmer speaker born, raised and educated in Phnom Penh.
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the written Khmer language script. By studying the script you can gain a greater appreciation for the correct pronunciation of each word. We have created a consonants page and a vowels page to assist you in learning these basic building blocks of the Khmer language.
